What we did:

SVI designed and facilitated a customized team development session targeted at challenging associates to apply the Organizational Champion’s characteristics to their work and life. By launching a team assessment around the Organizational Champion’s characteristics prior to the event, SVI was able to target the message and behavioral application to the unique needs of this team.
