SVI focuses on creating fully customized learning and development processes that support the unique and complex needs of our clients. Our Client Solutions team is the service arm that manages these complex needs and deliverables.
The Client Solutions Manager ensures that the client’s needs and vision for each project are clearly communicated internally and that the solution we deliver meets or exceeds the client’s expectations. Candidates for this role need to be effective at solving problems, negotiating for both our clients and SVI, and maintaining budgets and timelines.
