WRMS Employee and Patient Satisfaction
Like other healthcare organizations, Washington Regional Medical System (WRMS) experienced a decrease in employee engagement and patient satisfaction as a result of the significant changes in the industry along with massive growth. WRMS called on SVI to implement a system-wide training and development program for directors and executive team members to improve both the employee and patient experience.
SVI partnered with the WRMS executive team to:

Develop a new competency model.
Create leadership training to address new competencies.
Implement sustainable action plans for improvement.
Created targeted employee satisfaction surveys.
Launch 360-degree assessments, performance reviews, executive profiling and on-boarding curriculum for new directors and the executive team to drive program compliance and efficiency.
The result – WRMS is benefitting from improved business results clearly visible in record-high employee engagement and leadership trust, as well as increased patient satisfaction.
