The Advance is a facilitated journey that increases enlightenment, engagement and energy among executives, management and leaders by helping them understand what makes them come alive and identify how they can uniquely contribute to the mission and vision of their organization.
The Advance is both experiential and educational and is often conducted in a creative and collaborative environment.
