The Champion’s ECChOâ„¢ Assessment
The Champion’s ECChOâ„¢ assessment was developed in conjunction with the Organizational Champion model to effectively measure how well an individual performs in each of the four champion dimensions. Utilizing a unique sliding scale interface, the online ECChOâ„¢ assessment allows individuals to quickly and accurately self-assess their strengths and weaknesses as they relate to the Organizational Champion model.
The Champion’s ECChOâ„¢ Report
After completing the assessment each individual receives their Champion’s ECChOâ„¢ report. This free report provides aspiring champions with baseline scores as well as personal areas of opportunity and strength within the Organizational Champion model. Optionally, individuals may choose to upgrade their report to a deluxe version that includes historical trending as well as targeted action items and coaching tips that support development.
